About WellWhisker

WellWhisker is the all-in-one pet recipe app for dog and cat parents who want to make homemade treats and stay on top of their pet's health. We're a small team of pet parents who love making things for the animals we share our homes with.

Homemade treat recipes live everywhere: a video you saved on social media, a blog you found once, a card in the kitchen drawer. WellWhisker puts them in one place, adds new treats, toppers and enrichment recipes every week, and sizes each serving for your own pet.

How our recipes are made

• Every recipe uses a short list of ingredients you can name and find in a regular grocery store.
• Dog and cat recipes follow separate ingredient rules, because cats and dogs need different things.
• Ingredients are checked against foods commonly considered unsafe for pets, such as chocolate, xylitol, grapes and raisins, onion and garlic.
• Each recipe includes serving guidance by pet size, storage times, and notes on anything worth watching for.

Our recipes and guides are for general education and fun. They aren't veterinary advice, and treats are meant to be a small part of your pet's day, not a replacement for their regular food.
