No information provided by the Service should be interpreted as a medical diagnosis or treatment recommendation.
WellWhisker is NOT a veterinary service and does NOT provide veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All information provided by WellWhisker is for general educational and informational purposes only. The AI-generated content should never be used as a substitute for professional veterinary advice. WellWhisker does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or recommend specific treatments. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for any health concerns about your pet. In case of emergency, contact your local veterinary emergency clinic immediately. By using WellWhisker, you acknowledge and agree that you will not rely on the Service for medical decisions and that WellWhisker bears no liability for any actions taken based on the information provided.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Free accounts have limited features. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through Stripe's customer portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, health data, journal entries). By uploading content, you grant WellWhisker a license to process it for providing the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
You may not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use automated tools to scrape or access the Service beyond normal use.
WellWhisker is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of AI-generated health information. You acknowledge that AI analysis may contain errors and should not be solely relied upon for pet health decisions.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
